Throughout this 4 week course you'll learn the techniques and teachings behind meditation. You'll find and understand how to use each key component to set up a daily practice that helps you feel the benefit. Research has shown that meditation can: - relieve stress- improve concentration- increase happiness- foster more harmonious relationships- regulate blood pressure and heart rate- relax chronic muscle tension- improve sleep- increase blood flow to our vital organs- improve digestion, fertility and immunity- elicit the relaxation response- reduce frequency and intensity of migraines and headache- lead to better chronic pain management- decrease depression- diminish side effects of surgery, radiation and chemotherapy. Everyone is welcome to attend our Tamara Yoga Meditation Course – no prior experience with meditation is required.
