Our Beginners Yoga Courses are specifically designed for those new to yoga.
The Beginners 6 week course progresses from week to week starting at the very beginning. You will learn the fundamentals of Tamara Yoga Vinyasa practice, and receive individualised instruction as we cap number of enrolments.
