Arm Balancing with Marja!
Join Marja for a playful & fun workshop designed to enhance and develop your ability to balance on your hands.
In yoga classes we meet arm balances very often, and this workshop will give you the tools to take your practice to the next level safely, with correct alignment, strength and confidence!
We will work on building strength & stability within your body, to help you explore the following poses within a flow practice:
Bakasana variations (crow, side crow, crane)
Koundinyasana 1 & 2
Astavakrasana (8 limb)
Eka Pada Galavasana (flying pigeon)
There will be a variety of entry points, exit strategies and playtime for ALL levels, so bring yourself, a sense of adventure, and a positive attitude :)
