Yoga for Teens brings the practice of Yoga in a fun, supportive and interactive way. Classes are varied, and creative expression within a comfortable, inviting environment encourages Teens to learn about themselves and support others.
Yoga can help with physical strength and flexibility, focus, and the ability to handle stress. It can also help Teens by providing some quiet, calm time in their busy lives. Yoga poses, group and partner work, meditation, breathing and relaxation techniques are included. This group is suitable for the active and less active Teen. Ages 11-16 years.
