Learn meditation, develop awareness and discover the mindfulness philosophies and beautiful meditation practices that show you why compassion is an ultimate healing and life transforming tool.

You will experience:

Meditations to awaken self compassion
Deep understand of what compassion actually is
How to access compassion in yoga
Why self compassion is essential
How compassion transforms your mind and brain
Why compassion is often misunderstood or hard to reach

How to have compassion and boundaries
The 5 compassionate strategies that promote self compassion
How it relate to mindfulness

Marissa is a Mindfulness and Compassion Trainer, Mindful Yoga and Meditation Teacher, as well as a Stress Relief Therapist.

As a therapist her intention is to empower you to understand yourself fully, & to support you to develop abilities to bravely face the highs and lows of life open heartedly.

Her work is a true synthesis of authentic ancient practice and modern evidence based research. Where wisdom of the ages and modern knowledge happily converge.
