Join Jasmine Tarkeshi, Co-Founder of Laughing Lotus Yoga Centers in NYC and SF for a 50 hour Advanced Lotus Flow Ayurveda Teacher Training and Retreat to Govinda Valley Retreat Center right outside Sydney.
Co-Creator of the signature Ayurveda centered Lotus Flow TM Vinyasa Yoga, Jasmine will lead us on a 3-5 day Healing and creative Journey through living, practicing, sequencing and teaching through lens of Ayurveda in the forests of the gorgeous Govinda Valley.
Through daily exploration of the 5 elements through practice, theory and self inquiry, you will come to recognize and embrace your particular Dosha (physical constitution) as well as recognizing and honoring the different doshas in others and the sacred gifts of the seasons to move in rhythm with. You will learn to adapt your practice to support your particular imbalance as well as learning simple healing practices and recipes to incorporate into your life.
This retreat and training will culminate in a beautifully balanced state of being through the discipline, dance and devotion of Lotus Flow Vinyasa, time spent in nature, nourishing vegan food and soulful community.
