$6 Community Yoga Class

Here at Stretch we want yoga to be accessible to everyone! We love being able to give back to the community that supports us, and we are so lucky that our recent Stretch Academy Yoga Teacher Training graduates feel the same!From October until December we'll be running some low cost Community Yoga Classes out of both studios. Classes are only $6 (cheaper than a happy meal!) plus all proceeds will be donated to various charities (yay good karma)!Maybe you've never tried yoga and are keen to see what all the fuss is about, or maybe you're just looking for something to do locally to support a great cause! We would love you to support our newly graduated teacher trainees for a beautiful yoga practice to encourage movement in the body, calm in the mind and space in the heart! All classes will be a beginner friendly vinyasa style.Beginners and all levels welcome (children over 11 welcome to come with a supervising adult)!
