Welcome to the world of Ayurveda and Vegetarian Cooking.
The workshop will start with a small presentation on ayurvedic principles including gunas, doshas and tastes. We will learn about the basic Indian spices and their qualities.
Then we will learn to make Indian Chai Masala and garam Masala from fresh. While sipping on a healthy & soothing flavours of Indian spiced tea, we will take our understanding & learning to make easily digestible lentil & vegetable soup.
Taking on this journey of spices & vegetarian cooking, while we taste the tasty soup, a healthy & delicious recipes of main meal consisting of rice, chickpeas, vegetables, complemented with raita & chutney will be taught.
