In a world that is increasingly busy, confusing and relentless, this reatreat will give you skills, and help you develop new attitudes towards life, that will keep you centred and calm amidst the sometimes overwhelming ups and downs of life.  Through the ancient, holistic practices that we will be doing, you will feel uplifted and nourished, more able to consciously manage your mind and emotions.  The retreat is guided throughout and beginners are welcome.  Bookings essential.

Schedule / Itinerary

9.00 - 10.30am   Hatha Yoga class

10.45 - 12.15pm    Meditation and deep relaxation - Yoga Nidra

12.15 - 1.30pm      Lunch, please bring your own healthy lunch

1.30 - 2.00pm        A walk, weather permitting

2.00 - 3.00pm        Philosophy and discussion

3.00 - 3.45pm        Gentle yoga stretches with Pranayama breathing practices

3.45 - 4.30pm        Chanting and Meditation
