Step back from your busy life and enjoy an extended period to spend time with yourself. Guided throughout, it will include gentle yoga, chanting, plenty of meditation with several techniques, including eating meditation, deep relaxation and breath work. Better than the mountain top and the cave is just Being Here. Come home to yourself and you will be at home wherever you are. This afternoon will allow you to re-connect with yourself. There will also be time for philosophy and discussion.
