Join Miriam for a 6-week journey towards pre-pregnancy strength and stamina in a supportive and friendly environment with other mums. These classes are designed to help your body safely and gently heal and recover after childbirth, as well as simply allow you to enjoy some well deserved space to relax & rejuvenate. Babies can join in, play, observe or sleep as they feel inclined. The class is very relaxed and it's totally accepted that our bubs might get vocal or need feeding at times during the practice! Suitable for bubs from 6 weeks to approx. 8 months (pre-crawling). Bookings essential.
