Yin Yoga with Live Kirtan

Join Amanda Zdanowicz and guest musicians Candace & Anah for a blissful yin yoga workshop accompanied by live Kirtan. Delve into a deep immersive practice as the sounds of sacred mantras wash over and move though you. The vibrational resonance of Sanskrit chants enhance the embodied asana experience as they work in harmony at an energetic level to bring your being into a state of balance, and transport you to a place of peace & joy. The asana practice will be followed by an interactive Kirtan experience, mala meditation & refreshments. Exchange $50.
