Yoga as a moving meditation is a great way to relax the body and calm the mind. Enjoy the time to reflect on ways to simplify yourself and your surroundings.
We provide a traditional Hatha Yoga practice instilling strength, flexibility and grace, lead by Principal Yoga Teacher, Gail Robertson. She has practised yoga for over 25 years with teaching experience in Australia and North America. She is trained in Ashtanga and Still Point Yoga, influenced by Sivananda, Kripalu and Kundalini. Gail is owner of Yoga Flows, a yoga studio in South Canberra.
