Description

Universities and labs all over the Western world have been conducting research on meditation for over 50 years, and some great findings are in!

  • One finding is that meditation is a built-in human instinct, a way nature enriched us with the capacity for deep rejuvenation.
  • Even the simplest meditation techniques can lead to a state of rest deeper than sleep, and this happens spontaneously in 3-5 minutes.
  • The profound relaxation leads to deep release of stress, which is healing emotionally and physically.
  • With a good meditation practice, stress is converted from stressful to exciting. We are more capable of embracing life’s challenges.

Join Lorin Roche and Camille Maurine as they share some of the findings of the science of meditation, and discover how to cooperate with your own instinctive practice.
