Intro to Yoga is perfect for students who have never practiced yoga before, for those returning to yoga after a break, or even regular practitioners looking to brush up on the basics. Experience the benefits of different types of yoga poses, breath work, deep relaxation, meditation, and some simple philosophy.
Have you been wanting to try yoga but not felt ready to jump into a class? Our newly formatted Intro to Yoga course will be held on Saturday 2nd June from 10am to 2:30pm (with a 30 minute break for lunch). The course provides beginners to yoga the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of yoga in a fun and supportive environment. The course emphasises proper alignment, introduces breathing techniques and is designed to provide a firm foundation on which to build your practice. You’ll finish the day feeling fully equipped to join a public class.
