Dance of the Deities with Andrew Mournehis

Join us for a weekend of mythology, storytelling, yoga and dance with the masterful Andrew Mournehis.

Each class will be themed around a deity from yoga philosophy and will inspire deep insight and transformation. Andrew’s expertise in philosophy, yoga and dance give the sessions an artful blend of philosophy and storytelling; combined with asana and dance to channel and embody the energy of the deity the class is themed around. All followed by a sweet time of cooldown and integration.

Each class is infused with divinely inspired music and potent ancient mantras, all set to contemporary tunes and integrated into the Dance of Life. Come have fun, play, practice yoga, be inspired, and dance from the heart. You’ll be deeply touched to the core of your being.

Friday 22 June: 7pm-9:30pm - The Wisdom Dance of Ganesha
Saturday 23 June: 10am-12:30pm - The Daring Dance of Durga
Sunday 24 June: 10am-12:30pm - The Abundance Dance of Lakshmi
