This 5 week ongoing course provides a deeply restorative and regenerating yoga class to ensure you stay strong and relaxed during pregnancy and in preparation for birth. Poses and breathing will be gentle. You mist be 12 weeks pregnant or more to attend this class. NO yoga experience is necessary for this class. Classes are booked in 5 week blocks.
$80 for a 5 week block with one make up class possible if you have to miss one.
