Description
All levels of fitness and health are considered in this introductory yoga course .Poses are adapted to suit individuals so that the essence of yoga is experienced by all participants.
you will be gradually introduced to basic yoga poses and breath practices which are integral to both relaxing and energizing your whole system.
Relaxation and a short meditation will be.part of each class.

1 hr of yoga a week at the 7.45 pm slot
Schedule / Itinerary
Becasue of covid restrictions you will need to bring your own mat and blanket and belt or scarf. and wear a mask in the studio except when on the mat
Mats can be purchases at studio.
