Ana Davis (E-RYT 500, RPYT, Yoga Australia Registered Level 3 Senior teacher, qualified Doula, DRM, B.A. Honours) is the founder and director of Bliss Baby Yoga, which specialises in prenatal and postnatal, fertility yoga, women’s yoga (menstruation and menopause), and restorative yoga. Ana has been teaching yoga and training teachers for over 20 years and is excited to be launching her book, Moving with the Moon: Nurturing Yoga, Movement and Meditation for Every Phase of Your Menstrual Cycle and Beyond, later in 2018. www.anadavis.com
Tara Folton is the founder of Yatra Yoga. She facilitates 200hr Yoga Alliance yoga teacher training's worldwide. She is trained in Ayurveda, Advanced Pranayam, Thai Yoga Massage, and Acro Yoga. She is deeply honored and humbled by every opportunity to share her practice and love for yoga throughout her playful and dynamic vinyasa classes. She encourages her students to find their own authentic voice with the intention of empowering them to be conscious and compassionate activists of social change.
Elvina Munir BE AMusA is a classically trained flautist, intuitive artist and engineer who has been working with sound and hand crafting energy chimes for over 17 years. During this time she has facilitated many Sound Healing workshops, retreats and sound meditations around Australia and internationally.
