If you haven't tired Vishrant Yogayat, the mini retreat is the perfect place to start! You will find it to be a very restorative and meditative practice that supports you to soften and release habitul patterns of tension. Floor based postures are held for longer periods to allow the body's ability to open naturally and release resisitance slowly. This can gently bring about a restoring balance and help you to find a more peaceful way of being in the world
Yoga Nidra is also referred to as ‘yogic sleep’ and is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping. In this state your body will feel completely relaxed while you maintain full consciousness, so you can feel the benefits the practice has to offer. The result of this powerful relaxation technique is that you will feel as though you’ve had a few hours of uninterrupted sleep.
