If you haven’t tried Vishrant Yoga yet, this mini retreat is the perfect place to start! You will find it to be a very restorative and meditative practice that supports you to soften and release habitual patterns of tension. Floor based postures are held for longer periods to allow the body’s ability to open naturally and release resistance slowly. This can gently bring about a restoring balance and help you to find a more peaceful way of being in the world.
Yoga Nidra is also referred to as ‘yogic sleep’ and is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping. In this state, your body will feel completely relaxed while you maintain full consciousness so you can feel the benefits the practice has to offer. The result of this powerful relaxation technique is that you will feel as though you’ve had a few hours of uninterrupted sleep.
Our mini retreat offers you a space to relax into stillness and support your body’s need for rest and rejuvenation. It’s the perfect way to spend the afternoon with your friend or partner so invite someone along that you know.
