A 5 week Course for new mums & their baby to experience Yoga in a safe and fun way, while mum & baby bond and connect. The yoga class is designed for the postnatal body from 12 weeks to 9 months, which includes postures that strengthen pelvic floor and abdominals as well as stretch and relax. Class also includes breath work, short meditations and deep rest. Mum and baby have a chance to bond while we integrate songs and games into the postures & class. A great way to meet other mothers and develop supportive and caring friendships.
Each week includes: 1 hour yoga class, morning tea, postnatal & ayurvedic handouts, sharing & discussion.
