In this lab style workshop, we’ll spend time deconstructing the key poses within Sun Salutations, exploring each of the postures separately.
Jackie is well known for her attention to alignment detail and her keen eye for observation. She looks forward to sharing with you how to find optimal alignment for the key poses that make up a Sun Salutation, so that in your regular practice you will have knowledge and awareness of these much-repeated poses.
Finally combining them into a flow putting it all together with breath and precision.
Jackie will teach modifications and variations to make the movements safe and beneficial.
