Beginner Yoga Courses ‘foundation training’
Are you new to yoga & don’t know where to start? Our 10 week Beginner Yoga Course is an excellent foundation course for students new to yoga, aimed at all ages, levels of flexibility & abilities. In a comprehensive systematic method you will learn the basic fundamentals of yoga postures including technical alignment, benefits of the poses, breathing, basic yoga philosophy and its applications to daily life. This is a supportive and encouraging learning environment and is highly recommended as an introductory start to yoga before attending casual classes.

ABOUT ELENI KYRPIGIKIDIS
Eleni is a certified Iyengar teacher and is currently undertaking further training with the Himalayan Institute in the U.S.A. She has had a dedicated yoga practice for 20 years and has been teaching for 12 years.
Yoga is a healing art and Eleni’s classes bring particular attention to enlivening Prana Shakti (healing energy) and bringing balance to the five functions of prana known as the Prana Vayus. With encouragement and guidance, expect to practice asanas dynamically and with detailed attention to correct alignment.
What inspires Eleni most about yoga is its amazing ability to give and keep giving! Yoga guides you to experience strength, vitality, nourishment, self-love, trustful surrender, silence and spirit.
