Our tissues literally store all our past experiences within our cells making us a walking autobiography.  These experiences change how we posture ourselves and experience our world and therefore shape our present experience.  In this workshop we will dig deep in the hips looking first at the anatomy and then at our actual experience of it to help release the tissues and shift our physical framework.  We will work actively and passively to get in deep but more importantly we will create a roadmap that you can use in your own practice to guide you to work with the tissues within your own personal practice. This class is an all levels class part flow part restorative class, some Vinyasa experience is recommended.
