Are you wanting to share your yoga passion with other students?  Do you want to help give others the gift of learning the benefits which hot yoga can bring? Do you want to make your life your living?

Our Hot Yoga teacher training gives you the knowledge and skills necessary to become a hot yoga teacher.

Our 200 hour teacher training program will give you the skills to teach Yoga in or out of a hot room.  You will further learn the essentials of history of yoga, yoga philosophy, anatomy and physiology that supports yoga science. You will learn 26 static postures along with sun salutations and moon salutations. You will increase your own fitness levels and physical strength through attending min 5 to 6 hot yoga classes per week over the 4 weeks. We will teach you how to break through fears and live the life have dreamed of.

 The Peak Physique Hot Yoga Teacher Training course is registered with Yoga Alliance Australia, an organisation that ensures high standards of Yoga Instructors and classes in Australia and worldwide. Peak Physique Hot Yoga is certified and approved by Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School 200. This provides that extra reassurance that Peak Physique Hot Yoga students are practicing under expert supervision. The Hot Yoga Teacher Training offers full yoga teacher training and certification.

Cost: $3,200 Upfront or $3,400 6 Month Payment Plan plus GST

 

Our Teacher Training is designed for you to continue your work life commitments. This is an intensive teacher training course which requires weekend work (Friday nights, Saturday & Sundays) throughout the month of August. During the weekdays you are required to attend your minimum practice classes and do self practice/homework.
