Join me for a beautiful Sunday morning yoga class getting our Yang on - our heat, our energy, our fire started!  Followed by a beautiful Spring Brunch - on the deck in the sunshine (hopefully!).  And finishing off with a meditation and restorative yoga session to melt you down including a gorgeous head massage so you leave the studio all gooey and ready to open the Booklet of Home Day Spa Recipes I'm making for you along with a little gift bag of samples to spend your afternoon building yourself up again! 

I will also be making up some of the full recipes for you to purchase, I will be sending an email out to participants with a list of these to pre-order to purchase on the day - no preservatives and all natural so will only be made to order...Or I might eat them!!  Limited spaces so don't think about this one too long
