A beautiful 6 week series to help new mothers ease back into a gentle yoga practice. In a relaxing environment mums can stretch and strengthen their bodies to encourage postnatal recovery. The class is perfect from 6 weeks to 6 months. Babies are welcome to sleep, feed, join in or admire mummy. $120 Bookings required
