Take a guided tour of the Mangrove Yoga Health Retreat, which has developed over 40 years into a dynamic centre set in magnificent Central Coast NSW bushland.

11:00am       Guided tour & Q&A

12:00pm      Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation practice lying down)

12:30pm       Delicious Vegetarian lunch

1:00pm        Free time to relax and imbibe the atmosphere
