Meditation - Level 2: Refining The Mind
Do you have a comfortable meditation practice? Take it to the next level.
Meditation Level 2 introduces the concept of Dharana - Concentration,
with practices to hold and focus the mind while discovering and exploring ones own inner world and nature.
Join this group to practice techniques that increase awareness of more subtle aspects of the self.

This is Level 2 in a series of three courses designed to guide practitioners along a proven path to skillful meditation.
Meditation Level 2 is suitable for those who have established a regular practice. Ideally students have developed the components covered in Meditation Level 1, such as:
Can maintain comfort and stillness in a seated position for a minimum of 20 minutes
Are experienced in shifting awareness from the external to the internal environment
Have knowledge and experience of witnessing their thoughts
The practice of Mouna (Silence) will be encouraged between sessions throughout the weekend.
This course is suitable as Professional Development (CPD) for yoga teachers and allied health professionals.
