Family Yoga Weekend

Several times a year Mangrove Yoga families meet for a weekend or a week of yoga-focused fun. New families are always welcome to try it out.

- Enrich family life with a variety of yoga activities

- Connect with other like-minded parents and children.

Family Yoga has many regulars returning as it is wonderful to catch up in a beautiful environment.

Includes:

• Kids/Family yoga classes

• Fun and creative activities for kids which can include things such as music, dance, art, craft, drama, storytelling...

• Outdoor activities such as gardening, bushwalking and swimming (in the warmer months)

• Each program run has a particular theme for freshness and inspiration, and differs from one to the next

• Both indoor and outdoor activities

• Accommodation and all meals provided

• Daily yoga classes

• Daily Yoga Nidra classes
