Family Yoga - 5 day Retreat

Once a year Mangrove Yoga families meet for a 5 day week of yoga-focused, holiday fun.

Family Yoga Week, is an event that has many regulars returning year after year, as it is something that the whole family will want to come back for.

Includes:

• Kids/Family yoga classes

• Fun and creative activities for kids which can include things such as music, dance, art, craft, drama, storytelling...

• Outdoor activities such as gardening, bushwalking and swimming (in the warmer months)

• Each program run has a particular theme for freshness and inspiration, and differs from one to the next

• Accommodation and all family firendly meals provided

• Daily yoga classes

• Daily Yoga Nidra classes

"This was a last minute treat for my son & me & I’m so glad there was a place left.  The activities were excellent & the lovely group of families made an extended group of cousins & aunties for my son.  The teachers were wonderful & the food delicious."
