Yoga for Relaxation and Meditation
6 week course – Lotus Health Neutral Bay
This is a series of gentle yoga classes that will have you floating out the door at the end of each class. It will relax, heal, open and centre; calm the mind, replenish the body and lift the spirit. Suitable for all levels.
Classes may include a combination of: relaxation | yoga postures and stretches | breathing | chanting | meditation
