Created by mother-daughter team, Susan and Clare, Light Space is inspired by a fresh and contemporary approach to yoga. Our central Balwyn location makes yoga accessible to residents of Melbourne’s eastern suburbs. At Light Space we teach Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga which are designed to address and balance the physical and mental stress associated with our modern day lifestyles. We are also excited to offer Prenatal and Mums and Bubs yoga courses. Our yoga classes are perfect for both beginner and advanced students, with our friendly teachers guiding you and tailoring your practice to suit your level or experience.

Our beautiful Melbourne yoga studio has been designed in collaboration with stylist Sage x Clare to create a space that is open and light (and where you’re sure to feel at home).
