This form of Hatha Yoga is suitable for all expectant mothers in their 2nd and 3rd trimester. Yoga can help alleviate some of the discomforts associated with pregnancy. It can also help you develop tools to assist with labour and delivery and possibly strengthen the mother/child bond.
Prenatal Yoga is all about taking time to make your experience of pregnancy more comfortable and joyful.
It's about consciously connecting with your growing baby and preparing for your own unique experience of childbirth and motherhood.
Once a week, hour long class over a consecutive 6 week period. Same day, same time, same group each week! Come along and learn techniques to prepare yourself for birth as well as make friends and share your pregnancy experiences. No previous Yoga experience necessary!
