This course offers students an understanding of how we can gently and consistently strengthen ourselves within the limits of CFS, without strain or relapse. It will work on gently rebuilding/strengthening our nervous system, immune system and energy reserves while supporting ourselves emotionally, psychologically and spiritually. There will be a deep focus on listening to the intelligence in our body so that without pushing, we can rejuvenate ourselves no matter how we may be feeling on any given day. Each individual will be fully supported to work at their own pace and within their own fluctuating limits.
Like all Kundalini Yoga, classes will involve tuning in with a chant, breath practices, postures (mostly seated), mudras (hand positions), deep relaxations and meditations. Students of all levels of activity are welcome.
Bookings are essential.
Casual attendance is also available for $20 full / $18.50 conc depending on student numbers.
Each student is entitled to one make up class per course.
