Whether you spend a lot of time at the desk or in the drivers’ seat, are a runner, cyclist, gym-goer or a busy parent to little ones; if you have tight hamstrings, hips, a sore back and glutes – this workshop is especially for you!


Breaking the mould and developing new patterns for the body


Breaking the mould. Definition: to do something differently, after it has been done in the same way for a long time


The body is a map of our lives. The way we move, the emotions we hold, and the habits we form through both activity and inactivity all mould us to look and feel the way we do.


Our pelvis is the ‘mother of all movement’ - the connection point for both the spine and the legs. If we can develop new patterns, stability and mobility for this central position of the body, then we start to influence, relieve and transform the rest of the entire body.


This 2 hour session will:

  • Combine both dynamic and restorative poses and be suitable for all levels and experience.


You will leave class experiencing an energetic shift and feeling freer, lighter and more relaxed with happy hips. No matter if your goal is to:

  • Open up for more advanced yoga postures
  • Improve your performance in your sport
  • Or generally de-stress and enhance your daily sense of ease and wellbeing in your body
