Is it time for you to explore arm balances? Haydn will lead you through an interactive all levels workshop that will cover the 3 P's of arm balances - the preparation, the poses and the progressions.

In this two-hour workshop you will allow you to:

  • Learn how to prepare your body to explore the various shapes of arm balances
  • Have a chance to break down the poses, focus on technique and ask questions on all of the arm balances that pop up in your power flow classes.
  • Look at ways to progress the poses and transitions for those who have mastered some of the traditional arm balances.

You will leave the workshop feeling more confident with your arm balance options.

About the instructor: Haydn has always had an extremely active lifestyle. He comes from a background in gymnastics and spent 10 years as a professional dancer and acrobat touring all over the world. Haydn has always practiced yoga as a way to keep his body in tip top shape and injury free. Haydn completed  his 200 hour Power Yoga Teacher training and is extremely honoured to be part of the team at Kula. He is looking forward to guiding you all towards arm balances.
