Superflow For Summer
Inversions & Backbends Workshop
With Kula Teacher Stephanie Williams

Energise your body through a dynamic practice
incorporating inversions and backbends.

Join Stephanie for this 2 hour workshop, mixing playful vinyasa flow with options to advance and get curious in your power practice. We will have time to workshop and learn new poses as well as inserting them into your practice.

This workshop will include:
~ A vinyasa flow to open the hips and heart ready for backbends.
~ Stabilising postures to create strength and support for the spine.
~ Time to workshop poses and transitions that include building up to advanced backbends and inversions.
~ Peak flow to bring all you have learned together.

A dynamic workshop helping you to move lightly and with ease, release stagnant energy that has been weighing you down and open up ready for summer.

This workshop is for you if you want to:
~ Move out of the confines of your mat and in an organic way.
~ Build on your practice with new transitions towards advanced backbends and inversions.
~ Learn how you can release tension around the spine to prepare for your back bends.
~ Build confidence by learning key techniques and have time to put them into practice.

When: Saturday 17th November ~ 2pm-4pm
Price: $45 ($36 Kula Tribe)

Everyone welcome!
Spaces limited, book in the studio or online.

About your teacher: With a background in Nutrition and Exercise Science and an interest in health coaching, Stephanie knew she loved teaching and empowering people. So when the opportunity arose for Stephanie to do her yoga teacher training, she took it. It didn't take long before Stephanie realised how much she loved sharing the experience of yoga with her students. She strongly believes that her job as a teacher is to meet her students where they are on any given day. Stephanie works within the framework of her students goals and provides them with a meaningful practice that empowers them to achieve.
