Yoga & Acupuncture Workshop

With Kula Founder Kacey Smith & Shift Natural Medicine

Join Kula Yoga Founder Kacey Smith & Dr Tory Giles and her team from Shift Natural Medicine for a sublime afternoon of Slow Flow Yoga, Meditation & Group Acupuncture.

In this two hour workshop we will:

  • Move through slow, gentle vinyasa flow yoga to find freedom through your body with a focus on the hips and spine.
  • Enjoy a blissful state of relaxation through a guided meditation.
  • Experience group acupuncture aimed at helping you feel calm, clear and centred.

This will be an afternoon of self care, movement and mindfulness to help you release built up tension to allow you to find some space.

This workshop is perfect for you if you:

  • Struggle to feel grounded and centred.
  • Are craving some 'me time' to move and breathe.
  • Feel disconnected to your body and mind.

Our aim is to have you floating out of this workshop feeling as light as a feather both physically and emotionally.

When: Saturday April 4, 2-4pm

Where: Hampton Studio

Investment: $60 (Kula Tribe $48)

ALL levels, everyone welcome. Limited space, bookings essential.
