Kookaburra Creek is a sanctuary of peace and calm in the Perth hills only 40 minutes from Perth and Fremantle. Our 1 day retreats are deeply restorative and peaceful and a perfect, nurturing way to spend a winter Sunday.

HATHA YOGA
Inspired by the great masters Sivananda and Krishnamacharya these hatha yoga practices connect movement, mind and breath to bring about internal balance leading to deep inner calm.
PRANAYAMA Deep and powerful breathing practices using sound and breath to awaken the potential of the chakras and balance the body’s energies.
RAJA YOGA The deeper meditative practices of Raja Yoga lead us to the state of silent meditation and perfect stillness of body, mind and soul. It is within the silence and stillness that healing and self-realisation occur.
HEALING SOUND JOURNEY Beautiful, deep sound healing journey with guest sound healer Nicole Lloyd. Using sacred instruments and crystal bowls to transport you to a blissful deep relaxation and soul connection.
RESTORATIVE YIN YOGA
Slow down and just be with this deeply restorative, inward style of yoga where there are long, static holds of key poses - to the healing sounds of the koshi chimes
SILENT MEDITATION IN NATURE - FOREST THERAPY
We venture outdoors to meditate amongst the trees or by the meandering stream to absorb the healing benefits of being still and calm in a pristine natural environment.
MOUNA
The afternoon sessions are conducted in sacred silence allowing participants to go deeply, peacefully within - without distraction
