- Ask questions and explore meditation philosophy and ideas during class
Meditation can be a valuable tool for finding a sense of stillness and clarity from the demanding, stressful, fast-paced world that we live in. It acts as a way of turning our attention inwardly away from these external demands to connect deeply with
ourselves.
