This fun workshop will build strength in the core and upper body, encourage a sense of ease upside down and address foundational alignment for mastering the main inversions of a Jivamukti yoga practice – handstand, forearm stand, headstand and shoulderstand. Inversions help us to see things from a different perspective, defy gravity, overcome fear and prioritise the heart over the mind.
