Join Internationally renowned gluten and dairy free chef and author Angie Cowen for this one off workshop.
In this two hour workshop Angie will be sharing some of her most popular and delicious recipes from her cookbook,Love Life & Gluten Free, as well as running some mindful processes designed to assist individuals with creating a wellbeing structure that truly supports and inspires.
Angie Cowen is a whole food chef specialising in gluten free cooking, and is a regular feature at our teacher training retreats. Her nourishing recipes are easy to make, gluten, dairy and refined sugar-free, full of healthy ingredients and oh-so delicious.
Attendees will leave with recipes, invaluable tricks and a happy belly and heart.

Angie has specialised in gluten-free cooking for the last 6 years. She is passionate about educating people about eating local, seasonal, organically grown produce and whole foods, and is inspired to help people make the transition to a healthier diet. Angie regularly caters for yoga retreats, weddings and events, and is the creator of Wellness Woman, a networking event for women in the wellness industry.
