Bryan Kest’s classes are strong yet well-rounded, simple yet physical practices that will leave every nook and cranny in your body vibrating with vitality.
While strengthening the physical body, Bryan’s classes also challenge our mind. Through this challenge Bryan invites you to focus on enhancing the qualities of the mind that are most useful, positive and powerful; such as calmness, patience, focus, gentleness, gratitude, humility and acceptance. Through enhancing these qualities we begin to then reduce the harmful and stress-inducing qualities of our mind; such as judgement, competitiveness, distraction, reaction and criticism.
With this being the only weekend Bryan is teaching in Sydney you will need to get in quick and book online. You have the option to pay seperately or package up the three classesLast year we sold out so get in quick and book online early!
