At InSync we strongly believe that yoga should be for everyone, regardless of your age or fitness level. That's why we have designed our classes to suit a wide variety of needs. Whether you're looking for a class to stretch, increase flexibility and relax or a stronger more dynamic class to increase strength and fitness, InSync has an option that's right for you.

What sort of yoga do we do?

We teach Classical Yoga which is the most popular form of yoga practiced in the world. This means it offers a more complete approach to yoga that as well as the postures incorporates breathing practices and mindfulness and meditative practices designed to really settle the mind and body and help you feel great. Whichever class you attend, the teacher will endeavour to make sure you feel more in sync, that is, more relaxed, energised and focused.

What style of yoga do we do?

We don't just offer one style, we train in the essential principles of yoga which get expressed in a variety of styles.

What type of classes do we have?

We offer a variety of classes to suit a range of different needs. This includes everything from stronger, dynamic classes including power yoga and vinyasa flow through to gentler general wellbeing classes. Most of our classes from the general wellbeing to the power yoga are suitable for beginners as well as more experienced students. However you will require a greater level of fitness to attend the power yoga and vinyasa flow classes.

Our three main classes are:

InSync Power Yoga™ - a more challenging class, for anyone looking for a yoga practice that builds strength and flexibility and offers great opportunities to improve structural alignment. This class is suitable for anyone who wants a stronger more dynamic. You don't have to be an expert in yoga to enjoy this class, but a moderate level of fitness is required.

General Well-being Yoga™ - a class suitable for everyone, including beginners and mature students. This class will help you develop a personal yoga practice as a regular and natural feature of your life. You don't need to be fit or supple to gain immediate benefit.

InSync Workplace/Organisation Yoga™ - we can provide yoga classes to suit your needs in the workplace. A fun way to develop team energy, improve effectiveness and bring more enthusiasm to the workplace.
