10AM - 1PM: BODY AND JOINT PAIN - this workshop will help Seniors to overcome neck, shoulder, hip and back pain associated with limited blood circulation and loss of body elasticity. This system works with 3 dimensional movements helping to release tensions and specialises in increasing oxygen flow through the body and mind.
2:30 - 5:30PM: BLOOD PRESSURE AND HEART FUNCTION - this session will focus on improving blood quality and vessel elasticity in your body. Correct breathing patterns, oxygen support, blood thickness, separation of red blood cells, narrowing of blood vessels and improvement of heart function will all be addressed.
