Finding Your True North is a 2-hour workshop that consists of a one-hour unorthodox, all levels welcome yoga and connection class, followed by a one-hour motivational presentation on mental health and work-life balance.
The whole evening really helps build relationships and reconnect with not only ourselves but those around us. By the end of the night, you’ll have gained more clarity as to why you do what you do, learned how to better deal with the daily stresses of life, maximise productivity and, be the best version of yourself! By virtue of this, we are able to get out of third gear, slam it into fifth and start living a more meaningful life! Apart from all of this, It's really really fun!
