Female Pelvic Floor Workshop

Join Leonie & Michele for an afternoon of exploration, deepening awareness and myth busting. We are lucky enough to live in a time and place, where women’s issues don’t have to be at the bottom of every list.

How can you strengthen and engage your pelvic floor if you don’t know what you are contracting or why? We are conditioned to ignore our pelvic floor, yet it is key to so many of our daily functions. The pelvic floor affects posture, breath, birth, elimination and more. Help create positive change rather than choosing to live with unnecessary restrictions.

You will be guided to develop a clearer sense of how to engage and relax your pelvic floor. The actual floor, which provides dynamic support and also the deeper related muscles and structures, which have some pretty important jobs - like assisting with bladder, bowel, and sexual functioning.

Come away with knowledge, strategies, and potentially the lifelong ability to laugh with a full bladder without needing to cross your legs. Learn how anatomy and Yoga work together to give you comfort, free movement, and peace of mind.

This workshop will be safe, sincere and non-invasive. It is suitable for anyone interested in the Female Pelvic Floor. Suitable for women of all ages and stages. Yoga teachers will gain 3 CPD points with Yoga Australia.
