A holistic style of yoga
Our yoga style is a combination of dynamic and static poses working to activate and energise the 7 chakras. The sequence of postures balances and clears your energy field creating stillness, positivity and inner peace. This unique yoga system will assist in the strengthening of both your core and back while stimulating the purification of your organs as well as harmonising the endocrine system and reducing both physiological and psychological tension.
This retreat is suitable for all levels and no previous experience in yoga or meditation is necessary.
The teachers
This retreat will be held by teachers Anthony O'Flynn and Nina Hansen. They have been holding retreats for over 13 years and have a combined teaching experience of over 27 years.
This is a wonderful retreat to deepen or begin your yoga experience with no mission possible asanas and progressive classes that are user friendly.
Tranquil location
The setting for this event is the tranquil Bribie Island, conveniently situated close to both Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. The venue is located just minutes away from the beach.
The weekend will consist of sun salutations, yoga classes, mindfulness practices, meditations, insightful workshops, personal development exercises, connection and lots of free time to explore and relax in this natural paradise.
Personal transformation
A specific theme of this weekend retreat is personal transformation in the 21st century. This retreat will focus on evolution on the path and how practitioners can embrace life in the modern world from a yogic perspective. This will create an expanded vision and a new potential to experience the joy of life through the eyes of a yoga practitioner.
